Job Title: Associate Engineer-Electrical
Location: Overland Park, Kansas (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our team in delivering increasingly complex engineering work. Our team values technical expertise as well as the drive to pursue continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of engineering deliverables and complex calculations under general supervision.
- Research and develop recommendations for equipment or materials selection while managing data for engineering work.
- Coordinate assignments with project leadership and other internal/external team members, focusing on less complex projects.
- Mentor entry level professionals and interns by assigning tasks and providing guidance.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program in the candidate's home country or practicing country.
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience in engineering.
- Ability to independently apply departmental design guides, standards, engineering codes, systems, and procedures to assigned tasks.
- Commitment to adhere to budget, schedule, and quality requirements while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
