Job Title Sr Backend Engineer (Python, NodeJS and Azure)
Location Addison, TX all 5 days onsite
Duration 12 months C2H
Responsibilities:
Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in cloud architecture and solution delivery, with a strong focus on Azure and/or AWS.
- Programming Languages. Strong experience in full stack development using Python, NodeJS, JavaScript, React, TypeScript and SQL
- Cloud Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Preferred), AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, or other relevant certifications are highly preferred.
- Cloud-Native Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud-native application design patterns, microservices, serverless architectures, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Architecture Frameworks: Strong experience with designing multi-cloud, hybrid-cloud and high-availability architectures.
- Container Orchestration: Expertise with Kubernetes, AKS or ECS and serverless computing and event-driven architecture using Lambda (AWS) or Azure Functions.
- Security & Governance: Expertise in implementing cloud security controls, identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and data privacy standards.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Terraform, Azure DevOps, GitLab, etc.) for infrastructure as code (IaC), continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
- Model Orchestration & LLMOps: Proficiency in designing Agentic AI workflows and managing the lifecycle of Large Language Models (LLMs) using tools like LangChain or Hugging Face.
- Framework Mastery: Advanced hands-on experience with core AI libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn, with a focus on fine-tuning and optimizing model performance.
- Agile Methodologies: Strong experience working in agile development environments and understanding of agile principles and practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and guide technical teams to success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
