Integration Developer

Role: Integration and Middleware Developer

Location: Middletown, PA

Key Responsibilities

• System Integration: Connect diverse technologies including SAP S/4HANA (BRIM), CRM systems, and cloud telephony/IVR to ensure best-in-class performance.
• API & Microservices: Apply best practices for on-demand open APIs and decentralized event-based microservices architecture.
• Solution Design: Lead the development of complex tolling solutions, optimizing transaction processing speed, latency, and reliability.
• Middleware Workflow: Build workflows for web portals, mobile applications, and IVR systems to improve customer interaction and operational efficiency.
• Observability & Security: Implement logging/monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor) and apply data protection strategies for sensitive payment data.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals.

Required Skills & Experience

• Integration/Middleware: 8+ years of experience (at least 3 years in a senior/lead role).
• Backend Development: * 7+ years of .Net experience.
  • 5+ years of Python experience.
  • 3+ years of GoLang experience.
• Architecture: Proven expertise in RESTful API design and Decentralized Microservices. Must have completed at least 2 implementation projects using event-based architecture.
• DevOps Tools: Strong background with Podman and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Cloud Platforms: Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with SAP BRIM subscription billing.
• Expertise in IVR systems design and optimization.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures like Kafka or Azure Event Hub.
• Certifications in Azure or Kubernetes.

Engagement Requirements

• Onsite Commitment: The resource must attend onsite meetings in Middletown, PA for one week per month.
• Orientation: An initial onsite orientation in Middletown is required to pick up equipment (Laptop, monitors, etc.). Equipment will not be shipped.
• Emergency Availability: Must be able to reach the Middletown work location within 3 hours in case of an emergency.
• Compliance: Selected candidates must provide results for a National Criminal Check and a Pennsylvania Access to Criminal History (ePATCH) check.
• Professionalism: Cameras are required during all virtual meetings.
