We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for improving production processes, increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and driving continuous improvement across the operation. The ideal candidate is hands-on, data driven, and enjoys solving complex manufacturing challenges while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Job Details

Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Lead root cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and other process improvement tools.
Plan, execute, and analyze process trials and Design of Experiments (DOE).
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Partner with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to implement process improvements.
Support quality investigations and implement corrective actions.
Lead projects focused on reducing costs, improving yields, and optimizing manufacturing performance.
Train production personnel on new processes and best practices.
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent manufacturing experience may be considered.
5+ years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office. ERP system experience is a plus.
