Summary

Role: AI Solutions Lead
Location: SFO - Hybrid
W2 Only

Must-Have:

10+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years building production LLM/Agentic AI solutions
Strong experience with MCP, Agentic Commerce, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, prompt/context engineering
Proficiency in Python and TypeScript (Java is a plus)
Experience with FastAPI, Spring Boot, Node.js, microservices architecture
Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD
MLOps experience: model tuning, evaluation, monitoring, drift detection
Enterprise solution architecture and client-facing delivery experience
Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field

Preferred:

Retail/E-commerce AI solutions (shopping assistants, personalization, catalog intelligence, forecasting)
Knowledge of POS, OMS, PIM, loyalty, inventory, and customer-360 platforms
Compliance experience: PCI-DSS, GDPR, KYC/AML, fraud/risk
Exposure to Apigee, Kong, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI development tools
