Description
We are partnering with a local client to add a mid-level Risk Analyst to their growing team. This role focuses on routine, repeatable risk-standards work and supporting daily operational risk functions. You'll work closely with internal teams to review and approve SharePoint/Teams access requests, manage file transfer approvals, and process vulnerability and policy-related requests.
There may also be opportunities to contribute to NovaCore build-out activities and interact with IRM modules within ServiceNow. A working knowledge of EPIC and O365 will be important for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Perform routine risk review activities following established standards and procedures
Review and approve SharePoint and Teams access requests
Process secure file transfer requests and ensure proper authorization
Support vulnerability request workflows and coordinate with technical teams as needed
Review and route policy requests for compliance alignment
Partner with teams involved in NovaCore development and support tasks when required
Interact with IRM components within ServiceNow for intake, tracking, and workflow management
Ensure all work meets compliance, documentation, and audit requirements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify requests and ensure accurate risk handling
Maintain a strong attention to detail and consistency across repeatable operational tasks
Required Skills
Risk analysis and assessment
Third-party risk or vendor risk experience (TPRM)
ServiceNow familiarity (IRM module exposure a plus)
Understanding of vulnerability management workflows
Experience with policy review or compliance-related tasks
Knowledge of EPIC workflows or access structure
Strong understanding of O365 environments
Ability to follow structured processes and maintain accuracy in repeatable tasks
Additional Qualifications
Understanding of HIPAA standards and healthcare regulatory requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well within a team and collaborate across departments
Critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to escalate when necessary
Comfort working in a structured environment with clear timelines and work queues

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
