Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) Consultant with strong expertise in intelligent automation and data capture solutions. The role focuses on AI-driven document processing, classification, and data extraction for structured and unstructured documents.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) solutions.
Develop and manage data capture workflows, including classification and extraction.
Configure OCR, validation rules, and automated data extraction processes.
Process structured and unstructured documents efficiently.
Integrate KTA with enterprise applications and downstream systems.
Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support testing, deployment, and production implementation.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Kofax TotalAgility (KTA).
Strong knowledge of data capture, OCR, document classification, and extraction.
Experience in intelligent automation and workflow configuration.
Understanding of structured & unstructured document processing.
Experience with integrations, APIs, and enterprise systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in document capture or intelligent automation solutions.
Proven implementation experience with KTA data capture solutions.
Experience working in enterprise environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work onsite in Boston, MA.
