Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Engineer to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a contract position with a maximum duration of 9 months. The ideal candidate should be willing to work onsite three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday) and participate in one virtual or in-person interview, depending on availability. This role requires a hybrid work model. Please note that a Glider assessment and an on-site interview may be required.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement engineering solutions.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex engineering challenges.
- Participate in project planning, execution, and review processes.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar engineering role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work onsite three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).
- Ability to successfully complete a Glider assessment and participate in an on-site interview.
