ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (Risk & Compliance / SecOps)

Are you a passionate ServiceNow specialist with a talent for transforming business processes and guiding clients through complex platform implementations? We're seeking a dynamic ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to lead strategic workshops, design innovative solutions, and drive onboarding success in Risk & Compliance and Security Operations (SecOps). In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your expertise to facilitate engaging workshops, develop tailored ServiceNow configurations, and ensure clients maximize the platform's capabilities to meet their unique risk and security objectives. Your strategic insight and technical mastery will empower organizations to streamline processes, mitigate risks, and enhance security posture through innovative ServiceNow solutions.

Required Skills
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow process consulting, including leading workshops and defining configurations
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, Risk & Compliance, or SecOps
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow solution design and solution architecture
  • Strong requirements gathering and gap analysis abilities
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication, presentation, and stakeholder management
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher-level certifications
  • Experience in organizational change management for platform adoption
  • Ability to develop process documentation aligned with best practices

Nice to Have Skills
  • Certifications in additional ServiceNow modules (ITAM, HRSD, SPM, SOM)
  • Experience with security and risk management frameworks
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and audit processes
  • Knowledge of data governance and risk mitigation strategies
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in diverse industries

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of consulting or technical leadership experience in ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Prior experience in risk management, compliance, or security operations is a plus

  • Availability to travel up to 50% as needed (though unlikely based on recent placements)
  • Commitment to continuous learning and maintaining multiple ServiceNow certifications
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, with a proactive approach to project management
