Location : New York/Alpharetta ,Georgia

We are looking for 3 different Skilled resources who can manage Admin side of Platform. Especially Platform Engineers who have good knowledge of the product.
  1. KAFKA Admin
  2. Solr/Fusion
  3. Elasticsearch

Note : We don’t want any SRE/ Operations /Developers purely looking for Platform Engineers who manage configure, Authentication, Authorizations, Admin tasks, Product Expansions dynamically based on Volumes.

Job Descriptions:
Kafka JD:
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy, configure and maintain Confluent Kafka clusters in a highly available environment.
Perform Kafka upgrades and patching ensuring minimal downtime and seamless transitions.
Administer security protocols and access controls to protect the platform.
Monitor cluster health and performance using our established monitoring stack(Prometheus, Grafana)
Troubleshoot and resolve cluster-related incidents such as broker outages, replication lag.
Develop and enhance automation scripts to streamline operational tasks and reduce manual intervention.
Assist with planning and managing cluster resources to support future growth.

Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in Computer science, Information technology or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of Kafka administration experience, ideally with confluent platform.
Demonstrated expertise in Kafka upgrades and production troubleshooting.
Strong background in Linux system administration.
Proficiency in Python and/or Bash scripting for automation.
Good understanding of Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and observability.
Certification on Confluent Kafka is a plus.


Elasticsearch JD 1: Either Solr/Fusion or Elasticsearch

Job summary
We are seeking a skilled Platform Engineer with expertise in Lucidworks Fusion or Elasticsearch to design, deploy, optimize, and maintain our enterprise search and data analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search engine architectures, data ingestion and indexing strategies ensuring reliable, scalable and performant search solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Search Platform Administration
Deploy configure and maintain Lucidworks Fusion or Elasticsearch instances
Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues and perform capacity planning.
Implement and enforce security measures including access controls, encryption and audit logging.
Optimize search and query performance through tuning, caching and pipeline configuration.
Data Ingestion & Integration
Design data pipelines and connectors to ingest data from various sources into Elasticsearch and Lucidworks.
Collaborate with Data Engineering and Application teams to support data flow and indexing processes.
Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and timeliness in search indexes.
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 7 years’ experience working with Elasticsearch or Lucidworks Fusion.
Hands-on experience with deploying, scaling, and tuning Elasticsearch clusters.
Proven experience with Fusion platform administration, customization, and development.
Strong understanding of search engine architecture, information retrieval, and relevance tuning.
Proficiency with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or similar.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.

Elasticsearch JD 2: Solr/Fusion(mandatory) + Elasticsearch experience
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Platform Engineer with expertise in Elasticsearch and Lucidworks Fusion to design, deploy, optimize, and maintain our enterprise search and data analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search engine architectures, data ingestion, and content management systems, ensuring our search solutions are scalable, reliable, and performant to support business-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lucidworks Fusion Administration & Customization
Deploy and administer Lucidworks Fusion instances across various environments.
Develop, configure, and maintain search pipelines, connectors, and indexing jobs.
Create custom search interfaces, connectors, and components to meet enterprise requirements.
Optimize Fusion search performance through tuning and caching strategies.
Manage user access, permissions, and authentication integrations.
Implement security best practices, privacy policies, and compliance standards.
Elasticsearch Administration & Optimization
Deploy, configure, and maintain Elasticsearch clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
Develop and enforce best practices for data indexing, sharding, replication, and data lifecycle management.
Monitor cluster health, perform capacity planning, and optimize search and query performance.
Manage Elasticsearch security features, including role-based access control (RBAC), encryption, and audit logging.
Troubleshoot and resolve cluster issues, including node failures, data corruption, or network partitions.
Data Ingestion & Integration
Design data pipelines and connectors to ingest data from various sources into Elasticsearch and Lucidworks.
Collaborate with Data Engineering and Application teams to support data flow and indexing processes.
Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and timeliness in search indexes.
