Systems Administrator - Title Insurance Industry

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator with a strong background supporting title insurance and real estate closing platforms. This role will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing core title production systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the organization. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with platforms such as AtClose (preferred), Qualia, SoftPro, RamQuest, or Resware.
This is a long-term, on-site contract requiring presence in one of the supported office locations (Winston Salem, NC, Radnor, PA, or Pittsburgh, PA)
Key Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and support title/escrow production systems including AtClose, Qualia, SoftPro, RamQuest, and/or Resware
Manage user access, system permissions, workflows, templates, and integrations with internal and third-party applications
Troubleshoot system issues, errors, performance challenges, and workflow breaks; coordinate with vendors when necessary
Support system updates, enhancements, patching, upgrades, and environmental maintenance
Document processes, system configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions
Collaborate with title operations, IT, compliance, and leadership to continuously optimize system workflows
Provide end-user support and training for title and escrow staff
Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy, security, and reliability
Assist with data migrations, environment changes, and system rollouts as needed
Maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies related to data privacy, security, and reporting

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or application management
Experience in the title insurance, escrow, or real estate settlement industry
Hands-on expertise with one or more title production systems:
AtClose (strongly preferred)
Qualia
SoftPro
RamQuest
Resware
Strong understanding of title workflows, closing processes, and document packages
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across apps, integrations, and user environments
Experience supporting end users in a fast-paced operational environment
Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work fully on-site in one of the required locations

This is a Contract position based out of Winston-Salem, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr.
