* Translate business priorities into a clear, executable project portfolio with defined ownership, timelines, and success metrics
* Act as the senior escalation point for project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
Project Governance & Execution:
*Establish standardized project governance, methodologies, and operating rhythms that drive accountability and consistency across the organization
* Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with approved budgets
* Implement scalable project tracking, reporting, and visibility tools for executives and stakeholders
* Proactively identify risks and constraints, driving mitigation plans that protect operational continuity and financial outcomes
* Serve as executive sponsor for critical initiatives, ensuring alignment, stakeholder engagement, and decisive leadership
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field required; Advanced degree (MBA or similar) strongly preferred
* 15+ years of progressive project management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
* Proven success leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives in manufacturing or industrial environments
* Demonstrated ability to build and scale project management organizations in high-growth settings
* Strong background in project governance, financial oversight, risk management, and resource allocation
* Track record of delivering multi-million-dollar projects across multiple locations
Core Competencies:
* Execution Leadership: Drives results through structure, accountability, and disciplined follow-through
* Strategic Thinking: Aligns project execution with enterprise goals and market realities
* Collaboration: Builds trust and alignment across diverse functional teams
* Problem Solving: Anticipates issues, analyzes root causes, and implements durable solutions
* Change Leadership: Guides organizations through transformation with clarity and purpose
* Integrity & Ethics: Leads with professionalism, transparency, and respect
* Opportunity to build and mature enterprise project execution systems from the ground up
* Direct partnership with senior leadership and meaningful influence on operational strategy
