Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager who can manage 5–6 concurrent projects supporting a NA / EU Laptop and iPad Tech Refresh program — two related but distinct projects: (1) refreshing laptops while building a new automated refresh model tied to ServiceNow and on-site teams, and (2) a parallel iPad refresh following the same end-of-life cadence. iPad refresh has recently launched in Europe; North America has not yet gotten off the ground.

As the Client finalizes its 2027 vision and budget cycle, this role is expected to grow into additional initiatives, most notably a lab-device management rollout (SCCM adoption across global R&D/TechOps labs) and a broader device lifecycle overhaul (purchasing through e-waste).

Must-Have Requirements
  • Assumed PM baseline: project planning, roles/responsibilities (RACI) documentation, structured written summaries
  • Comfort working across the Microsoft ecosystem — M365, Azure, Windows, Office, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive — understanding how the tools interconnect, not expert/certification-level depth
  • Self-directed learner — comfortable picking up new platforms on the job (Marcus learned ServiceNow and Power BI this way)
  • Comfortable operating with some technical/engineering dialogue between client engineering and service management teams

Preferred
  • Power BI — building dashboards and pulling in data
  • ServiceNow familiarity
  • SCCM familiarity (understanding what it does; administration is handled by engineers)
  • Experience with client-computing hardware vendors (Lenovo, CDW, Softcat, HP) and procurement-to-fulfillment logistics
 Key Responsibilities — Starting Scope
  • Own delivery of the NA / EU Laptop Refresh project, including build-out of the new automated refresh model
  • Own delivery of the parallel iPad Refresh project (Europe live; NA launch pending)
  • Coordinate with ServiceNow and on-site teams to operationalize automated refresh cadences

 

The estimated pay range for this position is USD $57.50/Hr - USD $67.50/Hr.
