RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a skilled Developer. This role is focused on AI and automation to support internal process enhancements through scripting, monitoring, and intelligent workflow automation. The Developer plays a key part in the development of AI agents and governance models using tools like Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain scripts to automate internal workflows and data processes
* Utilize Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate to improve operational efficiency
* Implement monitoring solutions and define KPIs to ensure transparency and performance tracking
* Integrate APIs and work with cloud-deployed scripts (Dataverse knowledge preferred)
* Collaborate with business and tech teams to deliver automation strategies aligned with governance standards
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong experience with scripting and automation (Python preferred)
* Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, or other AI productivity tools
* Understanding of API usage, dashboarding, and monitoring principles
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have:
* Experience with Power BI, Dataverse, and automation governance
* Interest in AI governance, prompt engineering, and productivity optimization
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
