Summary

As the Director, Global Benefits, you will be the strategic architect and operational leader of our global health, wellness, retirement, and leave programs. Reporting directly to the VP of Total Rewards, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for designing, evaluating, and executing benefit strategies that reflect our culture, support diverse employee needs, and scale across global markets.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Design & Vision: Define a multi-year global benefits roadmap across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Serve as SME to HR leadership and Executives.
Operational Excellence & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with brokers, TPAs, and vendors. Oversee open enrollment, tech integrations (Workday), and compliance (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA). Lead 401(k) and Global Benefits Committees.
M&A & Expansion: Manage benefits due diligence, integrations, and new market entries.
Financial Analysis & FP&A: Partner with Finance on cost modeling, budget projections, and self-insurance funding strategies.
Well-Being & Engagement: Oversee mental health, fertility, and wellness programs. Partner with People Communications on employee education.
Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of benefits professionals.

What You’ll Bring:

10+ years of HR/Total Rewards experience (5+ leading global benefits in tech/SaaS).
Proven track record in broker management, RFPs, and plan negotiations.
Deep financial acumen, US health/welfare knowledge, 401(k) governance, and international statutory benefit structures.
Experience with HRIS tools (Workday) and cross-functional leadership.
