Senior Mulesoft Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior MuleSoft Developer with over 12 years of experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in delivering complex integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

• Architect APIs, connectors, and integration flows following MuleSoft best practices and enterprise standards.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.

• Mentor and guide a team of MuleSoft developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.

• Ensure integrations are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across multiple systems.

• Maintain documentation of integration architecture, processes, and best practices.

• Work in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in software development, with extensive experience in enterprise integration.

• Expert-level knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Design Center, Runtime Manager, and CloudHub.

• Hands-on experience with Mule ESB, DataWeave, Anypoint Studio, Connectors, and API-led connectivity.

• Strong understanding of SOAP, RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, HTTP, JMS, and database integrations.

• Experience in designing integration solutions for on-premises and cloud systems.

• Proven leadership experience, including mentoring teams and leading complex integration projects.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, version control (Git), and deployment automation.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
