Key Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End (E2E) validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Apple Wallet services
• Coordinate release readiness activities with DRIs to ensure smooth feature launches
• Validate Apple Wallet functionality across iOS, macOS, and watchOS platforms
• Ensure hardware and software compatibility across multiple Apple device generations
• Triage automated test failures using AI-driven internal tools to distinguish actual product defects from environmental issues
• Execute comprehensive functional, regression, and data validation test suites
• Validate payment processing workflows and finance-related transactions
• Manage the complete defect lifecycle in Radar, including defect logging, tracking, retesting, and closure
• Configure and maintain test environments, including physical payment terminals and mobile devices across various OS versions
• Prepare clear and detailed test documentation, reports, and status updates
