Role Overview
Client is seeking an experienced Certified Project Manager III to lead and manage website and digital product projects. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in planning, executing, and delivering digital projects, while effectively coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:
-
Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams.

Manage tasks, budget, scope, and timelines using project management best practices.

Overcome challenges to ensure on-time and successful project delivery.

Team Coordination & Prioritization:
-
Collaborate closely with the Digital Director to set priorities and develop project roadmaps.

Ensure clear and consistent communication between designers, developers, and content writers.

Keep teams focused on project goals and deadlines.

Client & Stakeholder Communication:
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

Maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle from concept to delivery and status reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications
-
Minimum 2 years managing website/web application projects.
-
Minimum 2 years experience setting project goals, scope, and timelines, and regularly reporting on status and forecasting workloads.

Minimum 2 years experience using Asana, GitLab, or similar project management tools.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Project Management Certification such as Scrum or PMP .
