Key Responsibilities
Global Program & Deployment Leadership
•           Own end-to-end delivery for multi-country Smart Ops and Digital Ordering

Readiness → Support & Run.
•            Stand up and lead deployment PODs (Deployment Lead, Analysts, Config
Engineers, Localization Lead, Product SMEs, QA, Global Validation Team) with clear
objectives, cadence, and KPIs.
•            Plan, track, and report progress with disciplined PMO governance: scope,
schedule, cost, RAID, decision log, dependency map.
Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication
•            Act as primary point of contact for global brand leaders, Global PMO
Director, Market PMOs, Product Owners, and Engineering leaders across time
zones.
•            Drive executive updates (SteerCo), cross-team alignment, and timely
escalations with data-driven options and recommendations.
Product & Technical Deployment Coordination
•            Coordinate deployment of Smart Ops components: Labor Management,
Inventory Management, POS, KDS, Kitchen & Fleet, and associated operational
analytics.
•            Ensure market-specific configurations, integration readiness (payments,
menu, delivery aggregators, middleware), data migration, cutover and hypercare
plans.
•            Champion automation of deployment workflows and repeatable playbooks
to improve quality and speed to market.
Localization & Market Readiness
•            Lead multi-market localization (menu, taxes, currencies, languages,
legal/compliance) in partnership with Product Enablement and Market teams.
•            Validate operational readiness, training, and change plans for franchisees
and in-store teams.
PMO Excellence & Controls
•            Establish transparent, repeatable governance: OKRs/KPIs, weekly
dashboards, dependency & risk burn-down, benefits tracking.
•            Ensure clean handoffs to Support & Run organizations with measured
hypercare exit criteria.
Required Experience
•            10+ years in program/project management delivering complex, multi-market
technology programs; 3–5+ years in product-centric organizations.
•            Proven success leading global Store Tech / Smart Ops / Digital Ordering
deployments (POS, KDS, Labor, Inventory, Menu, Commerce).
•            Demonstrated leadership of 40–100+ cross-functional personnel across
markets and time zones.
•            Hands-on mastery of PMO practices (RAID/decision logs, dependency
management, executive reporting, budgeting, vendor management).
Technical & Functional Expertise
•            Smart Ops domain depth: Labor Management, Inventory, POS, KDS, Kitchen
& Fleet; operational analytics and AI-enabled forecasting.
•            Digital Ordering: Commerce, omnichannel orchestration and integrations
(payments, delivery partners, loyalty, tax).
•            Enterprise integration practices: middleware, APIs, data migration,
security/compliance, performance and observability.
•            Tooling: Agile at scale, Jira/Confluence or equivalents; proficiency with
project financials and staffing tools.
Leadership & Soft Skills
•            Executive presence and crisp written/verbal communication; able to simplify
complexity and influence outcomes.
•            Structured problem solving and risk management under tight timelines; bias
for action with strong ownership.
•            High cultural fluency and empathy; effective in matrixed, global, and
ambiguous environments.
