Summary

Job Title: Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in the Finance and Audit domains.

The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle EBS Financial modules, strong understanding of financial controls and audit processes, and experience supporting complex enterprise environments. Experience working with Federal/Government clients is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Techno-Functional support for Oracle EBS Financials
Support finance operations including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Subledger Accounting (SLA)
Perform financial data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting
Develop SQL/PLSQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting
Support month-end and year-end financial processes
Review and validate system configurations, workflows, and role-based security
Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance standards
Assist with internal and external audit requests, documentation, and remediation
Analyze and resolve finance-related production issues
Develop custom reports, interfaces, and functional specifications
Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and IT stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
Strong expertise in Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA)
Proven experience as a Finance and Audit Domain Expert
Strong SQL/PLSQL development skills
Deep understanding of financial controls, reconciliation processes, and audit compliance
Experience with segregation of duties (SoD) and governance controls
Excellent documentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting Federal/Government clients
Active or prior Federal Security Clearance (preferred)
Strong knowledge of Federal financial reporting standards
Oracle certifications (preferred)
Experience supporting large enterprise finance environments
