Project Manager (798308)

We are seeking an experienced PMO Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple IT and transportation technology projects of varying complexity. This role involves full lifecycle project management, stakeholder coordination, and adherence to established PMO standards and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT projects from initiation through closure
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to define and refine project scope
• Oversee project execution, including risk, cost, schedule, and vendor management
• Monitor and control project performance and deliverables
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and vendors
• Conduct lessons learned sessions and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards, methodologies, and governance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience (IT projects preferred)
• Strong experience managing:
  • Scope, schedule, and budget
  • Risk and vendor management
  • Cross-functional teams
• Proven experience delivering projects across full lifecycle (SDLC/PM lifecycle)

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in:
  • Fiber network infrastructure (long-haul networks)
  • Campdata networks
  • Wireless and Wi-Fi technologies
  • Unified communications
• Certifications:
  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
• Tools & Platforms:
  • ServiceNow (Idea, Demand, Project modules)
  • SAP / Enterprise Business Solutions
• Knowledge of:
  • ITIL / ITSM frameworks

Work Environment & Requirements

• Remote work with occasional onsite presence in Middletown, PA
• Must be available to travel onsite within 3 hours if required
• Participation in in-person meetings or project sessions when needed
• Must adhere to organizational IT policies and virtual work expectations

Additional Requirements

• Must currently reside in Pennsylvania
• Ability to pass background checks (state and national)
• Completion of onboarding documentation and compliance agreements
• Willingness to follow structured PMO processes and governance
