Role Overview

We are seeking an SSIS Developer to join our Data & Analytics team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Enterprise Data & Analytics. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining data integration and reporting solutions that support enterprise analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong experience with SSIS, modern cloud data platforms particularly Snowflake and a passion for building reliable, scalable data pipelines that enable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
  • Build and optimize data pipelines feeding an enterprise Snowflake data warehouse
  • Partner with analytics, reporting, and business teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and performance across reporting and analytics outputs
  • Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize existing ETL and reporting workflows
  • Document data processes, transformations, and technical designs
  • Support enhancements, upgrades, and modernization initiatives within the data ecosystem
  • Collaborate closely with data architects, analysts, and leadership to align solutions with analytics strategy

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an SSIS Developer or ETL Developer
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Experience working with Snowflake (data loading, transformations, performance optimization)
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
  • Experience supporting reporting and analytics environments
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures
  • Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, or similar)
  • Background supporting retail, consumer, or enterprise data environments
  • Experience working in Agile or crossfunctional delivery teams
