Summary
- Junior-level Digital Production Designer supporting a growing digital experience team.
- Focus on executing high-volume production work rather than leading creative strategy.
- Will support initiatives including Sitecore XM Cloud, Digital Asset Management (DAM), personalization, and ongoing digital marketing projects.
- Hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite in the Tampa Bay area.
- Create and update digital assets and production-ready creative.
- Build, organize, and maintain design files in Figma.
- Support front-end design production for Sitecore and XM Cloud initiatives.
- Route creative through compliance and internal approval workflows.
- Produce consistent, scalable digital assets while following established design systems.
- Collaborate with UX, developers, content teams, and marketing stakeholders.
- 1-5 years of digital production or graphic design experience (3-5 years preferred but flexible).
- Strong proficiency with Figma.
- Experience preparing production-ready digital assets.
- Portfolio demonstrating clean, organized, production-focused work.
- Ability to follow established design systems and brand standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Sitecore or enterprise CMS experience.
- Digital Asset Management (DAM) exposure.
- Experience supporting personalization or marketing technology initiatives.
- Understanding of digital accessibility and responsive design principles.
