Senior .NET Lead Developer (Auto Finance)

Location: Torrance, CA

Hybrid: 4 days in a week



Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior .NET Lead Developer with strong experience in .NET technologies, SQL Server, API integrations, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will lead offshore development teams, drive application development efforts, and collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders.


Required Skills

7+ years of experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET

Strong experience with SQL Server, Stored Procedures, and Query Optimization

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services

Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end development

Strong understanding of N-tier architecture and design patterns

Experience leading offshore/distributed teams across multiple time zones

Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD processes

Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments


Preferred Skills

AWS integration experience

Salesforce integration experience

WCF and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)

Experience in Auto Finance, Financial Services, Lending, or Banking domain


Responsibilities

Lead development and support of enterprise .NET applications

Coordinate with offshore teams and provide technical guidance

Review code and ensure adherence to architecture and quality standards

Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities

Troubleshoot production issues and mentor junior developers

Create and maintain technical documentation
