Job Description

TPM (Technical Program Manager) consultant should be a generalist with M&A process experience and ability to handle ambiguity, they mean the following:
The consultant should not be limited to one technology or function. Instead, they should be able to work across multiple domains such as:
Engineering / Product
IT systems (CRM, ERP, Data)
Infrastructure
Business operations
M&A Process Experience:
This refers to Merger & Acquisition integration work, such as:
Integrating systems after a company acquisition
Aligning CRM, ERP, HR, finance, and data platforms
Handling Day-1 readiness, Day-30, Day-90 integration milestones
Coordinating IT and business teams during company mergers.
Basically, they should know how companies combine technology, processes, and teams after a merger.
Ability to Handle Ambiguity in M&A environments.
