Job Description:

The Ansible, Python, PowerShell Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions for infrastructure, monitoring, and service management platforms.
This role focuses on configuration management, scripting, and automation to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Requirement/Must Have:

Strong expertise in Ansible, including writing playbooks, roles, and custom modules for infrastructure automation.
Proficiency in Python scripting for automation, monitoring, and API integrations.
Strong experience with PowerShell automation for Windows systems, Active Directory, and cloud resource management.

Skills:

Experience with Dynatrace for synthetic and real user monitoring, alerting, and performance analysis.
Experience with Moogsoft for event correlation, alert management, and incident response orchestration.
Working knowledge of Elasticsearch for log aggregation, querying using Lucene syntax, and integration with Kibana and Logstash.
Experience with ServiceNow including ticket lifecycle management, CMDB configuration, and workflow automation.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including services like EC2, S3, and Lambda.
Experience with container orchestration platforms including OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm charts.
Working knowledge of SQL Server and relational database concepts.
Experience with security practices including IAM, encryption, and secret management tools such as HashiCorp Vault.
Familiarity with vulnerability scanning and compliance frameworks such as SOC2.
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools including Jenkins, UCD, GitHub Actions, and Git workflows.
Experience with artifact repositories such as Artifactory and Nexus.
Experience with performance engineering concepts including load testing using JMeter and capacity planning.
Knowledge of SLA, SLO, and SLI definition and measurement.
