Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support the modernization of legacy enterprise applications, primarily focused on re-platforming solutions built on Microsoft SharePoint and InfoPath into a modern, scalable web platform.

This role involves analyzing existing workflow-driven applications (forms, approvals, permissions, attachments) and redesigning them using reusable, data-driven architecture patterns. The ideal candidate enjoys full-stack development, early prototyping, and collaborating with business and technical teams to translate real operational processes into maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Modernize legacy internal platforms, particularly SharePoint and InfoPath-based applications
• Design scalable, reusable enterprise web application frameworks
• Develop dynamic forms, validations, approval workflows, and business process automation
• Work across the stack (frontend, backend, data persistence)
• Implement secure authentication and role-based access controls
• Manage relational database design, reporting, and historical data tracking
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders
• Establish standards, reusable patterns, and application frameworks

Required Experience

• 5+ years professional software development experience
• Strong experience building enterprise or internal web applications
• Hands-on exposure to SharePoint forms, workflows, or user support
• Experience modernizing or refactoring legacy applications
• Strong understanding of approval workflows, business forms, and process automation
• Solid relational database experience (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar)
• Experience with Git-based development workflows
• Knowledge of enterprise authentication and role-based security
