Job Summary The Network and System Administrator will manage and support hardware, software, user accounts, networking, telecommunications, security systems, and IT infrastructure for the Canadian team. The role will be responsible for day-to-day system performance and availability, hardware and software lifecycle management, network infrastructure, material handling system technologies, telecommunications, CCTV compliance, and business intelligence reporting. The administrator will collaborate with internal and external resources to troubleshoot issues, maintain operational uptime, and support Supply Chain IT reporting initiatives using Power BI. Key Responsibilities Manage laptops, user accounts, and the distribution of hardware and software. Add and remove user and computer accounts using Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and Symantec Endpoint Protection management tools. Purchase, upgrade, install, and support laptops for team members. Maintain accurate IT hardware inventory records. Ensure day-to-day performance and availability of hardware and software systems. Collaborate with internal and external resources to troubleshoot and repair systems and maximize uptime. Install, configure, and maintain material handling system technologies. Analyze, install, maintain, and support Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) fiber, wired and wireless networking systems. Support RF equipment, network printers, and scanners. Configure, install, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software in accordance with company standards and vendor licensing agreements. Manage, support, and maintain internal telephone systems and mobile telecommunications users. Maintain and upgrade CCTV systems to support PIP compliance. Serve as a Power BI power user for the Canadian Supply Chain team. Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports to provide business intelligence to the team. Lead and manage Power BI reporting for Supply Chain IT. Collaborate with the Global/NAM Power BI community to integrate and improve reporting capabilities. Required Qualifications Experience managing laptops, hardware, software, user accounts, and IT inventory. Experience administering Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory. Experience with Symantec Endpoint Protection management and installations. Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software. Experience supporting LAN/WAN fiber, wired and wireless networking systems. Experience with RF equipment, network printing, and scanning technologies. Experience troubleshooting and repairing IT systems to maintain high availability. Experience supporting telecommunications, mobile users, and internal telephone systems. Experience with CCTV systems and PIP compliance requirements. Experience supporting material handling system technologies. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external technical resources. Strong understanding of hardware and software standards and vendor licensing requirements. Experience with Power BI reporting and business intelligence. Ability to develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills. Education: Bachelors Degree
