Jr. Control Room Operator

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Jr. Control Room Operator;
 
Position Type: Full Time - Contract
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Plano, TX
 
As a Jr. Control Room Operator, you will:
They need a control room operator having 1-2 years of exp in monitor releases, manage job status, and handle real-time communication and escalations.
Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and effective communications
• Multitasking and time management. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast pace environment and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Excellent presentation skills and knowledge on Confluence, SharePoint, MS Office (Projects, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with hosting and coordinating web based meetings, status calls, communication and coordination channels to facilitate seamless coordination among multiple teams
• Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures with instructional materials
• Analytical thinking with the ability to make suggestions to improve operational efficiency
• Experience in Testing (manual/Automation)
• Experience in Release management process
• Hands on experience in JIRA, Horizon tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Having knowledge on Scrum, Agile methodology
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Outlook and Communication tools.
• Detailed investigation on Defects and issues
Preferred Skills:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a control room operations environment
• Knowledge and exposure to the entire SDLC from Requirements, Design, Development, Testing and Production Support
• Experience in Automation to improve operational efficiency by streamlining the tasks and reducing the need for manual intervention
• Knowledge of Oracle and/or SAP
• Experience in Change management tools

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $20/hr to $21/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
