Responsibilities:

• L1 support role for InfoSec operations
• Responsible for Alert Monitoring and Triaging security alerts and assigning/escalating them to further teams(L2/L3). Taking actions on certain items as needed.

• Strong process adherence, troubleshooting and communication skills
• Understanding of OS and Networking
• Understanding of ticketing system(Service Now)
• Good documentation skills
• Certification in Cyber Security space are plus
