  • At least 2 years of experience in electrical component and systems design, or a Master's degree in a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of electromechanical systems and industrial manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA) best practices.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Clear, confident communication skills-able to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.

What Sets You Apart:
  • Advanced degree or expertise in Electrical or Electromechanical Systems.
  • Hands-on experience in cost-reduction or VAVE projects.
  • Familiarity with lift trucks or mobile equipment.
  • Advanced knowledge of electronic control systems and hydraulics.
  • Experience using JIRA or similar project management tools.
  • Competitive benchmarking experience.

Where and When You'll Work:
  • This is an in-person role located at our Greene, New York office-ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
