About the BIOS Program
“BIOS” is the internal codename for a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP deployment initiative.
This program involves coordinating Production, Purchasing, Order Management, PMI, STP, and OTI tracks, along with ~56–57 boundary systems integrated into the ERP ecosystem.
This role supports the North America rollout (targeting August go‑live) and later phases of the global program.
Note:
This is not an HCM role. this role is strictly ERP deployment.
Position Overview
The Oracle Fusion ERP Deployment Lead will drive execution, readiness, and coordination for the BIOS deployment. This highly functional, communication-heavy role ensures that all tracks, environments, milestones, and integrations remain aligned for a successful implementation.
You will be the central orchestrator connecting Deployment, Solutions, Deloitte offshore teams, and track leads.
This is not a configuration or development role.
It is 80–90% functional with 10–20% light technical, focused on coordination and issue triage.
Key Responsibilities
Deployment & Functional Leadership (Majority of the Role)
- Lead overall deployment readiness for the BIOS Oracle Fusion ERP rollout.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and status across all workstreams:
- Production
- Purchasing
- Order Management
- PMI (badge making / PMX)
- STP & OTI
- Serve as the central communication hub between Deployment, Solutions, Deloitte, and functional track leads.
- Lead and coordinate:
- UAT planning and execution
- User access provisioning
- Mock cycles
- Hypercare support
- Track and communicate environment/instance updates and release activities.
- Ensure all teams meet milestone gates and readiness checkpoints.
- Step in to support or cover a track lead when needed.
- Maintain alignment across 56+ boundary systems integrated with the BIOS program.
Light Technical Responsibilities (10–20%)
- Use basic SQL to validate data or support investigation efforts.
- Understand (but do not build) integration flows.
- Troubleshoot issues with analysts and coordinate multi-team triage.
- Facilitate issue resolution between technical and functional teams.
No hands-on development or OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) build work is required.
Only conceptual integration awareness is expected.

This is a deployment lead role focused on coordination, communication, and execution excellence across a complex Oracle Fusion ERP rollout.
Required Experience
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP deployments.
- Deep understanding of deployment lifecycle, mock cycles, UAT, hypercare, and environment strategy.
- Proven ability to coordinate large, multi-track programs with system integrations.
- Ability to communicate effectively across business, functional, and technical teams.
- Experience working with offshore teams (Deloitte or similar is a plus).
- Functional ERP expertise with light technical capability (SQL, integration awareness).
Preferred Skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Comfort working in fast-paced deployment environments.
- Ability to synthesize complex issues and drive cross-team resolution.
- Experience in manufacturing or supply chain ERP implementations is a plus.
Work Location & Collaboration Expectations
This role is expected to be onsite in Cleveland, due to:
- Co-location with Deployment & Solutions teams
- Heavy collaboration required
- Frequent face-to-face working sessions
- Knowledge transfer and rapid issue resolution
Remote candidates may be discussed case-by-case, but the role is intended for onsite presence.
