The Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Lead will play a critical role in client's SAP S/4HANA transformation, ensuring seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA, Siemens and related modules, plant automation, and enterprise manufacturing systems. This role bridges manufacturing operations, IT architecture, and SAP program governance to deliver a modern, standardized, and scalable manufacturing technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the deployment and configuration of Siemens MES modules to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and IT teams to gather and analyze MES requirements.
Design and develop MES workflows, data collection, and reporting solutions.
Support integration of MES with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve MES-related issues to minimize production downtime.
Conduct MES system testing, validation, and user training.
Develop and maintain MES documentation including configuration, processes, and user guides.
Participate in MES upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and manufacturing best practices.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience working with Siemens MES solutions
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and MES functionalities.
Experience with MES configuration, workflow design, and data integration.
Familiarity with ERP systems integration, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
Proficient in SQL and scripting for MES customization and reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
