Summary

Responsibilities

 

  • Engage users of research technology applications to ensure users can fully leverage the applications available to them though training and support
  • Raise awareness of research applications, key features and how these can support core business processes within the Research department
  • Plan and lead change management initiatives including communications plans, training, documentation and support for new applications or application features
  • Work closely with users to Identify AI opportunities within the current business processes and drive these ideas through to solutions
  • Propose new ideas around improving access to training service and content ultimately improving applications knowledge among users
  • Report feedback and further requirements for enhancements from users and communicate these to business analyst teams
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) of Client’s proprietary products as part of knowledge gathering
  • Help facilitate and run usability sessions and/or pilot schemes with respect to application design and requirements
  • Produce client-facing training materials such as online guides, eLearning tools, PowerPoint decks and emails
  • Maintain team website & other internal team tools and process documentation
  • Produce metrics on team responsibilities and goals

 

Competencies

 

  • Strong verbal and written communication ability in English
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience with using AI tools and ideally some computer programming knowledge eg in Python, VB Script
  • Data analytics and reporting skills, ideally in Excel, Power BI
  • Able to build rapport with research analysts/users and identify business requirements and implement ideas
  • Creative problem solver able to handle uncertainty
  • Passion to learn and grow is essential
  • Experience in working in a global organisation and/or virtual team environment across multiple time zones
  • Works well in a matrix organisation with global stakeholders – ability to influence without authority
  • Team player as well as being able to work independently to do what it what it takes to get the job done
  • Knowledge of Investment Banking/Research and/or finance/economics/accounting background
  • Project Management experience would be helpful
  • IT support experience would be helpful
