Job Description:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO technologies.
• Develop, maintain, and secure RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Implement API security mechanisms, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSL/TLS, and Mutual TLS (mTLS).
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and integration best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, perform code reviews, and mentor development teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, infrastructure teams, and other technical teams.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure platform stability and performance.
• Optimize integration processes and ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment and release activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks and enterprise integration technologies.
• Experience developing REST and SOAP web services.
• Strong understanding of API security, OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSL/TLS, and Mutual TLS.
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, XSD, WSDL, and API integration patterns.
• Experience with production support, performance tuning, and incident management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with API gateways and API management platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployments.
• Experience with enterprise application integration and cloud-based integration solutions.
