The Opportunity : As a senior Program Analyst, you will support the Signature and Supportable Low Observables Integrated Product Team ( SIG / SLO IPT ) responsible for F-35 low-observable ( LO ) maintenance strategy, sustainment, and transition planning. You will help shape operational, acquisition, and maintenance strategies across U.S. services and international partners, serving as a key integrator between government, industry, and international stakeholders. In this role, you will utilize extensive Joint Program Office experience , deep understanding of cost-shared execution, and familiarity with F-35 acquisition and sustainment workflows.

You Have: - Experience leading cross-functional IPTs, including synthesizing complex issues for senior leadership
- Experience as a JPO Program Manager, including execution of cost shared contracts
- Experience in DoD acquisition, program management, or sustainment
- Experience collaborating with CORs from funding initiation through a war d
- Experience managing or assessing requirements, contractor cost, schedule, and performance, and program documentation, risk, strategy, and acquisition planning
- Experience with Cost Benefit Analysis reviews, affordability assessments, and depot level analyses such as the Source of Repair Assignment Process and Depot Installed Material Requirements
- Knowledge of DoD appropriations, funding types, and their applications
- Ability to brief U.S. Services and F-35 partners on cost sharing requirements, initiate Procurement Initiation Documents, use the Comprehensive Cost and Requirements System, and manage cost sharing finan cia l processes
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or Logistics
Nice If You Have: - Experience with F-35 LO sustainment, maintenance, and capability across depots, commer cia l sites, and international locations
- Experience with international coordination and technology disclosure processes
- Experience with Autonomic Logistics Information System or Autonomic Logistics Product Data, Functional Requirements Document, Sustainment Activation Management Plan, and site activation documentation
- Knowledge of DoD Automated Test Systems integration and Systems Engineering or Automatic Test Equipment requirements
- Ability to assess and integrate technology insertion into DoD infrastructure
- Master's degree in a related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
