Summary
Location: McLean, VA (5 days - Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support Workday ERP applications
- Deliver new features, enhancements, and production support
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and execute technical roadmaps
- Build and maintain Workday integrations and reports
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and project standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues
- 5–7+ years of experience as a Developer
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Workday Extend
- Workday Financials
- Workday Reporting (Standard, Advanced, Composite, BIRT)
- Workday Studio
- Experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio, etc.)
- At least 4+ years of experience with Workday Financials
- Workday Accounting Center
- Workday Prism
- Orchestration for Integrations (O4I)
- Workday Certification
- Financial industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in evolving and ambiguous environments
- Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges
