Eagan, MN (Hybrid 1/2 days a week)

Team member just went on leave due to a medical condition. We will need additional support on the team while the individual is on leave to ensure the business as usual work is able to be completed. This will also go into peak busy periods for HR such as Open Enrollment and year end where more support on the HR Operations team is needed. Would ideally like an contractor located in MN near the Prime Landing office to be able to onsite to help with mail and events. However, would be open to looking at contractors that are outside of MN as well.

Likely not conversion to FTE but potential extensions

Description Details
This can be entry level to 1-2 years of experience
Monday through Friday, 8am – 4:30pm. No over time or on call

This would be general HR Admin work, administrative/customer service skills preferred. Preferred Workday Knowledge.

Will be responsible for responding to general employee questions through Workday Help, returning employee voicemails, employment verification, unemployment claims, and providing support to HR programs such as our recognition and charitable giving programs. Ideally we would like someone who lives near the office as we do go onsite for events and to complete the HR mail. Would like this person to support with onsite events and as back up for the mail which would mean going onsite 1-2 days a month. However, open to reviewing candidates that are not near the office to find the best fit.
