About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced 3DExperience ENOVIA PLM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Product Lifecycle Management landscape in a complex manufacturing environment. In this role, you will own the end-to-end PLM architecture from part and BOM management through change and business process management and drive seamless integration between the 3DX platform and our SAP S/4HANA ERP system. You will act as the technical authority and trusted advisor to engineering, manufacturing, and IT stakeholders, ensuring the platform scales with the business and supports our digital transformation roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and own the overall 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA solution architecture, including platform strategy, data models, security models, and deployment roadmap.
Lead the implementation and configuration of core ENOVIA capabilities: Part Management, Engineering BOM (EBOM), Manufacturing BOM (MBOM), Document Management, and Change Management (change requests, change orders, change actions).
Design, govern, and optimize Business Process Management workflows across engineering release, change, and document control processes.
Architect and implement system integration between 3DX ENOVIA and SAP S/4HANA, including bidirectional transfer of parts, BOMs, documents, and change data; define interface specifications, middleware approach, error handling, and data governance.
Drive EBOM-to-MBOM transformation strategies that align engineering design intent with manufacturing execution requirements.
Support and advise on DELMIA-based Digital Twin / digital manufacturing initiatives, connecting product data to process planning and shop-floor simulation.
Oversee SolidWorks CAD data management within the 3DX platform, including CAD integration, file/design data migration, versioning, and designer workflows.
Gather and translate business requirements from engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain into scalable PLM solutions.
Lead data migration, environment strategy (DEV/TEST/PROD), upgrade planning, and platform performance optimization.
Establish PLM standards, governance, and best practices, mentor administrators, developers, and key users.
Partner with Dassault Systems and system integrators on licensing, roadmap alignment, and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of PLM experience, with 5+ years hands-on architecting and implementing Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA solutions in manufacturing environments.
3+ years experience in Part Management, EBOM, MBOM, Document Management, Change Management, Business Process Management.
4+ years experience in designing and delivering PLM ERP integrations with SAP S/4HANA (e.g., master data, BOM, document, and change object transfer), including middleware/integration technologies (e.g., 3DX xPDM, Enterprise Integration Framework, REST/web services, or equivalent).
3 + years experience with 3DX platform configuration and customization (data model, TCL/MQL, EKL, widgets, REST APIs, or equivalent).
Preferred / Additional Skills:
Experience with DELMIA for digital manufacturing and Digital Twin implementations (process planning, simulation, virtual commissioning).
SolidWorks CAD management expertise, including 3DX CAD connectors, design data migration, and multi-CAD environments.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA modules relevant to PLM integration (MM, PP, EWM, or DMS).
Knowledge of cloud 3DX deployment models and upgrade strategies.
Certifications in Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA.
Experience in automotive industry.
Exposure to Agile/hybrid delivery methodologies
