Hiring: IT Purchasing Analyst / IT Procurement Analyst
Mechanicsville, VA (Hybrid)

We re looking for an experienced IT Procurement Analyst in managing statewide technology procurements.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IFBs, RFPs, vendor negotiations, and contract management within a government environment.
You ll work closely with stakeholders and vendors, ensure compliance with state procurement policies, and drive best-value sourcing strategies across IT hardware, software, and services. Experience with eVA, Cardinal, and VCA/VCO certifications is highly preferred.
