Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Application Development:

Designs, develops, and maintains Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Builds custom workflows, triggers, validation rules, and automation to meet business requirements.
Optimizes solutions for scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Integration And Data Management:

Implements integration patterns using REST and SOAP APIs, including middleware where required.
Designs and executes data migration and data management strategies ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Supports integration between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.

Collaboration And Documentation:

Collaborates with Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participates in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and design discussions.
Prepares and maintains technical documentation for applications, integrations, and configurations.

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Required Skills:

Technical Expertise:

Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.
Solid understanding of Java, SOQL, SQL, and web services.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Certifications:

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required).

Experience:

5+ years of Salesforce development experience including customization and system integrations.
Proven experience with Salesforce Lightning framework.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment best practices preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or related credentials.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum and cross-functional team environments.
