Job Description:Quevera is seeking a highly skilled
Splunk Engineer with an
active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to support mission-critical programs
in Laurel, Maryland. In this role, you will work closely with Data Analytics, Tools, and Infrastructure teams to develop and maintain Splunk-based solutions that support enterprise operations and customer mission requirements.
Working alongside a collaborative engineering team, you will create and enhance Splunk dashboards, develop Search Processing Language (SPL) queries, analyze data, and deliver customer-focused reporting solutions. You'll collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, refine deliverables, and provide data-driven insights that support critical national security missions.

Job Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to support Tools and Infrastructure initiatives.
- Design, develop, and maintain Splunk dashboards that provide meaningful operational and analytical insights.
- Develop and optimize Splunk Search Processing Language (SPL) queries to support reporting, monitoring, and data analysis.
- Analyze data and support data processing activities to improve reporting accuracy and operational effectiveness.
- Gather and define customer requirements through direct interaction with stakeholders.
- Develop polished, high-visibility customer deliverables and reporting solutions.
- Incorporate customer feedback to continuously improve dashboards, reports, and deliverables.
- Provide customer support and technical assistance related to Splunk dashboards and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable analytics solutions.
Minimum Requirements:- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
- Experience maintaining and supporting Splunk dashboards.
- Experience with data analysis and data processing.
- Advanced experience with front-end Splunk, including extensive knowledge of Splunk Search Processing Language (SPL).
- Experience defining requirements through customer interactions.
- Experience creating polished, high-visibility customer deliverables.
- Experience incorporating customer feedback into deliverables and reporting solutions.
- Experience working directly with customers to provide technical support and assistance.
- Experience with Linux/Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) version 8 and/or 9.
Desired Skills:- Knowledge of front-end Splunk.
- Knowledge of COMSEC.
- Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
- Experience working with MongoDB.
