Summary

Job Title: SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant S/4HANA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in end-to-end P2P processes, plant configuration, workflow automation, and integration with finance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including:
    • Sourcing & Procurement (Direct & Indirect)
    • Contract Management
    • Purchase Requisition & Purchase Order Management
  • Manage Invoice Processing and Payment Processing:
    • ACH, Checks, Wire Transfers
    • Invoice data exchange & automation
  • Configure and maintain SAP Flexible Workflows or SAP Build Process Automation
  • Implement and support OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions
  • Perform Plant Configuration:
    • Production Plants
    • Warehouses
    • Distribution Centers
  • Ensure seamless integration with Finance (FI) processes
  • Maintain and manage Master Data:
    • Material Master
    • Vendor Master
    • Customer Master
  • Participate in S/4HANA full lifecycle implementations and support projects
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and provide functional solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 15+ years of hands-on SAP experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA
  • Minimum 2 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations
  • 2+ years experience in:
    • SAP Flexible Workflow / SAP Build Process Automation
    • OpenText VIM
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Sourcing & Contract Management
    • Invoice & Payment Processing
    • Finance Integration (FI-MM integration)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in global implementations
  • Exposure to automation and digital transformation initiatives
  • Knowledge of compliance and audit processes in procurement

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
