Pay Range: $100 - $105/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to perform detailed requirements analysis.
- Lead the design, construction, and unit testing of assigned components/modules.
- Conduct technical reviews and resolve any challenges that arise.
- Coordinate with customer stakeholders and facilitate offshore communication.
- Ensure adherence to essential procedures and contribute to defining standards.
- Stay updated on advancements in agentic AI and multi-agent systems, conducting research and rapid prototyping of new technologies.
- Manage risks associated with business decisions while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Java development.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Java EE, Spring Boot, and Spring Microservices architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of Multithreading, Concurrency, JPA, and Hibernate.
- Proficient in using Eclipse or IntelliJ.
- Familiarity with Python, PySpark, and working in a Big Data environment is a plus.
- Understanding of event-based architecture, JMS, and relational databases (Oracle).
- Knowledge of agile/waterfall development methodologies and test-driven development practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, time-management, and negotiation skills.
