A bit about us:This role supports entitlement-driven land development projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You'll work closely with planners, agencies, and developers to move projects from early concept through approvals.
Due to the agency-facing nature of the work, this position is primarily in-office.

Job DetailsResponsibilities
Support civil design tied to land use entitlements
Prepare grading, drainage, and utility plans
Coordinate with planners and municipalities
Assist with entitlement strategy and approvals
Review junior staff work
Qualifications
BS in Civil Engineering
3-7 years of land development experience
PE preferred or actively pursuing licensure
Strong Civil 3D skills
