Summary

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable deployments
Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams
Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Ensure system security, scalability, and high availability
Configure and maintain containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting systems
Optimize deployment processes and reduce downtime

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell)
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Knowledge of security best practices (DevSecOps)
Certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, etc.)
