Experience: 8+ years of experience

Job Description

1. Strong experience in IBM Sterling File Gateway, Integrator, Global Mailbox, and Control Center.

2. Strong experience in IBM Sterling installation, upgrade, and configuration activities.

3. Troubleshoot issues related to IBM Sterling business processes, systems, and network connectivity, Cassandra, MQ, ZooKeeper, and other components.

4. Knowledge of Linux and Windows commands.

5. Knowledge of Python, PowerShell, or shell scripting.

6. Knowledge of MFT products like GlobalScape and GoAnywhere (added advantage).

7. SQL query and BPML knowledge is a plus.

8. Open to 24/7 support and on-call duties.
