As a Manufacturing Engineer focused on casting and machining, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing integrated manufacturing processes. Your expertise will be crucial in collaborating on design for manufacturability (DFM), developing casting and machining tools, and enhancing operational efficiency. You will also play a key role in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to maintain our high quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate on design for manufacturability (DFM) to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Design and develop tooling for casting and machining operations.
  • Optimize casting and machining processes for enhanced production efficiency.
  • Apply metallurgical principles to improve product quality and performance.
  • Program and set up CNC equipment to meet production standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce waste.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in foundry operations, precision machining, and/or a related manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and casting simulation software.
  • Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
