Position: Gen AI Technical Lead
Location: Denver, CO (Onsite Day 1)
Duration: 6 Months

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Gen AI Technical Lead to drive AI-powered application development initiatives. The candidate will lead technical design, architecture, coding, and client engagement activities while managing an offshore team.

The role demands strong ownership, proactive communication, and the ability to present and defend technical solutions to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Ownership

• Act as an active participant in project discussions and solutioning.

• Take full ownership of technical deliverables and execution.

• Design scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions following SDLC best practices.

• Create API contracts, HLD/LLD diagrams, and detailed technical specifications.

• Present demos to client stakeholders and architects.

• Provide technical direction and guidance to development teams.

• Handle delivery risks and proactively manage client expectations.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong hands-on coding experience in Python3 and related frameworks.

• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and AI application design.

• Experience building AI solutions using Python libraries and algorithms.

• Strong experience with Azure Cloud, including:

  • Azure Functions App

  • Azure Blob Storage

  • Azure Websites

  • Azure AI

• Hands-on experience with SFDC Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

• Strong working knowledge of NodeJS and Angular (not AngularJS).

• Advanced JavaScript expertise.

• Experience with Databricks.

• Strong understanding of SOA architecture and scalable platform design.

Development Team Lead Skills

• Manage and mentor offshore development teams.

• Provide peer code reviews and technical guidance.

• Participate actively in coding efforts (not just high-level oversight).

• Be available during monthly release cycles (3 consecutive heavy-duty days per month, Mon Wed).
