Delivery Head - Technical and Business Consulting is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT, software, and digital solutions, ensuring they align with client business objectives, profitability goals, and quality standards. This position bridges the gap between technology teams and client business needs, often managing high-stakes portfolios in consulting, banking, or technology services firms.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery & Strategy: Own end-to-end delivery for portfolios (e.g., Data/AI, Cloud), ensuring project quality, budget adherence, and alignment with business goals.
Client Management: Serve as the main technical contact for client leadership, managing expectations and steering committees.
Financial & Operational Oversight: Manage P&L, including revenue, margins, and Statement of Work (SOW) execution, while implementing best practices and governance.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor delivery managers and technical leads, driving a high-performance, cross-functional culture.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks and dependencies.

Required Skills and Experience

Experience: 10–15+ years in technology delivery within consulting or IT services.
Technical & Business Acumen: Knowledge of SDLC, Cloud, Data/AI, and DevOps, with the ability to turn technical capabilities into business value.
Leadership & Communication: Experience leading large, global teams, with strong executive communication and negotiation skills.

Typical Background

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, IT, or Business Administration.
